The Mykonos House

We have built a traditional Cycladic house, located in a breathtaking part of Mykonos, right across the famous beauty of "Little Venice". It is a place of exceptional beauty, with panoramic view to the Aegean sea.

 

Entering the property's main gate, you face its swimming-pool . Slightly leveled above is the specious main ground-floor balcony, with lounge seats and table, from where you oversee the swimming-pool and the breathtaking view of Mykonos' "Little Venice" and the "old port".

 

Entering the 30 sq.m. ground-floor (where the main entrance is) you find the living-room, the dinning-room and the kitchen, which all share a common space. The living-room includes LCD TV set with satellite-receiption and the kitchen a full set of house-apliances. Also the master WC is found under the stairs (which lead to the first-floor) which includes a washing-machine. On the other side of the room you can find the stairs that lead to the lower floor.

 

The lower floor (25sq.m.) features a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a closet and storage-spaces.

 

The first floor is 25 sq.m. and it is where the master bedroom and bathroom is located. The bedroom includes all the common room-facilities, and its balcony overviews the magnificent "Little Venice" and the old port. The bathroom includes a toilet and a private shower.

Paros offers a little bit of everything you would expect from a Greek Island: beaches, windmills, great cuisine, churches, white buildings with blue doors, and a maze of streets to get lost in. A perfect place for those that only have the chance to visit one Greek island.

 

The Paros Houses

In one of the most beautiful locations of Paros, Lageri, with respect to the Cycladic architecture and Greek tradition, we created the Paros Houses, overlooking the blue Aegean and northern peninsula of Paros.

 

All three houses share an enclosed 8-acre private property by to the sea, along a calm, private sandy beach. Within the land of palm-trees they share a private-parking area, a basketball court, a sun-bathing space with sunbeds, an external shower (for after-beach usage), two traditional water-dwelves and a path leading directly to the sea.

 

The front house is 220 sq.m. Approaching the house from the front, to its left side is a porch (with a doorway to the kitchen) which features a marble dinner-table and chairs, covered by a pergola of bougainvillea flowers and a rustic barbeque place.
The back part of the house (viewing the sea) includes a dinning space with a large marble table and lounge space with two large sofas.

 

Entering the ground-floor which is a total of 180 sq.m, you find a spacious room which features the large living-room and its fire-place lounge (includes a hi-fi, satellite TV & DVD player), the dinning room with its large rustic dinning-table and the kitchen with its electric appliances. Further in you end up in a specious bedroom with queen-sized beds, satellite TV, air-conditiong, a closet and storage spaces. Next to the bedroom is located a separate storage-room and also the ground-floor's bathroom, which includes toilet, shower and sink.

 

The 1st floor is 40 sq.m, and features a master bedroom (including air-conditioning, a closet and storage spaces) with large balconies and a wide breathtaking sea-view. Next to it is a bathroom which includes full bathtub and toilet.

 

The second house is divided into two separate, autonomous apartments.

 

The base-floor apartment is 85 sq.m., features a large room with a kitchen (including electrical-appliances such as refrigerator, cooking stoves, coffee and tea making facilities) and a spacious living-room with satellite TV, two traditionally inbuilt couches with the added possibility of being transformed into two single-beds. A glassed doorway leads to its front porch, which features a seating place with sea-view. Continuing further into house, there is a bathroom which includes a shower, a sink and a toilet. Next to it is the bedroom, which features two single-beds, storage-spaces and a satellite TV.

 

The upper-floor apartment is 55 sq.m. It features a kitchen (which includes two refrigerators, cooking stoves, coffee and tea making facilities) and a lounge with a traditionally inbuilt couch which can be transformed into a single bed. Further in is the bedroom which features two queen-sized beds, a satellite TV, a hi-fi and storage spaces - The balcony door leads to its spacious balcony lounge, which enjoys a rich sea view. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom which includes a shower a water sink and a toilet.
